Retail Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our grocery store. Task & responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating retail operations for the fruit and vegetable store to achieve sales targets and business growth
• Managing stock levels, fresh fruit and vegetable purchasing, and supplier relationships
• Supervising store staff, allocating duties, and maintaining customer service standards
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, workplace health, and retail regulations within the fruit and vegetable store
• Organising fresh produce displays, promotional activities, and pricing strategies
• Monitoring sales performance, store expenses, and fresh produce wastage control

Qualification & experience

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Retail Management, Business, or related field 
• Minimum 1 years of experience in related field 
• Proven experience in supervising teams in a retail environment 
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills 
• Experience in inventory management and sales analysis 
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
