We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join our busy and fast-paced store.The successful candidate will oversee the daily retail operations of the Domino’s Huskisson store located in Huskisson NSW, including staff supervision, inventory management, budgeting, sales performance, customer service standards and operational compliance, while ensuring the store operates efficiently, profitably and in accordance with Domino’s operational procedures, franchise standards and business objectives.

Task & responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the overall day-to-day operations of the Domino’s retail store to ensure efficient business performance and customer service standards 

Determine stock levels, inventory requirements and service standards in accordance with customer demand and operational requirements 

Formulate and implement purchasing, pricing and promotional strategies in line with business and franchise objectives 

Promote and advertise the store’s products, services and promotional campaigns to support sales growth and customer engagement 

Oversee customer service operations, respond to customer enquiries and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction standards are maintained 

Maintain records relating to stock control, sales, financial transactions and store operations 

Undertake budgeting, sales monitoring and cost control to support store profitability and operational efficiency 

Recruit, train, supervise and manage staff performance and workplace development 

Prepare staff rosters and allocate duties to ensure effective store operations and staffing coverage 

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety and company operational procedures 

Monitor store presentation, cleanliness and operational efficiency to maintain Domino’s brand standards 

Liaise with suppliers and senior management regarding operational requirements and business performance 

Ensure the store operates in accordance with company policies, franchise standards and legislative requirements

Qualification & experience

AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in a related field

At least one year of relevant experience in a similar retail management position within Australia 

Previous experience in retail, quick service restaurant or fast-food management highly regarded 

Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills 

Demonstrated ability to manage staff and oversee daily retail store operations in a fast-paced environment 

Experience in customer service management, inventory control, budgeting and operational supervision 

Ability to maintain compliance with workplace health and safety and company operational procedures 

Strong problem-solving, team management and operational decision-making skills
