Spoota Pty Ltd trading as BUNO Coffee is seeking a full-time Retail Operations Manager to oversee its multi-site retail operations across BUNO Coffee’s café and retail locations. The role will sit above the individual Café Managers and will focus on operational consistency, retail sales performance, stock systems, staff management standards, and business procedures across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate BUNO Coffee’s multi-site retail operations across its café and retail locations, ensuring consistent service standards, store presentation, sales performance and operational procedures.
• Supervise and support individual Café Managers, including reviewing site performance, staffing needs, training standards, rostering structures and compliance with business procedures.
• Manage retail stock systems, product mix, packaged coffee and merchandise displays, purchasing requirements, pricing input, stock records, sales reporting and budget performance across locations.
• Develop, implement and review retail operating procedures relating to customer service, stock control, staff supervision, workplace health and safety, sales targets and operational efficiency.

What we need

• Minimum one year of relevant experience in retail, café, hospitality or multi-site store operations.
• Experience supervising staff, team leaders or store/café managers in a retail or customer-facing business.
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage stock, sales performance, reporting, staffing needs and operational priorities across multiple business locations.
