Retail Manager

Your duties will include: 

• Identify the variety of products for display based on products demand & advertisement and also based on categories like Seasonal Flowers, Topicals, Foliage, Imports, etc.

• Set pricing and oversee sales to trade and retail customers
• promoting and advertising the business’s goods and services

• Monitor daily sales and store performance, prepare sales report, manage budgets and control costs, especially perishable inventory
• Ensure compliance with WHS and operational regulations

• Making sure that all the opening & Closing stock levels are recorded regularly day to day basis and making sure that all the sales transactions are recorded properly.
• Maintain financial records, budgets, and sales reporting
• Coordinate seasonal promotions
• Assist with budgeting
• Also closely works with management if anything needed like cool room space OR stand space adjustments.
• Recruit, train, roster, and supervise staff

In return you will receive:

• Package: $76,000-$80,000 per annum plus superannuation
• Position: Full time (38 hours a week)
• Ongoing support from our team

Requirements of position

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and at least 1 year of relevant work experience or 3 years of experience to substitute formal qualification
