Store Manager

1688 Pty Ltd, trading as Crust Pizza Weston, is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead team performance, ensure compliance with franchise standards, and drive sales and operational efficiency. This full-time position is responsible for coordinating operational systems, supervising staff, managing inventory and financial performance, and maintaining compliance with workplace health, food safety, and customer service standards.

Task & responsibilities

• Plan, organise, direct, and coordinate the daily operations of the store to ensure efficient service delivery and achievement of sales targets
• Lead, train, supervise, and motivate a team of 20+ staff while monitoring performance and providing constructive feedback
• Drive sales growth, monitor KPIs, and implement operational strategies to improve profitability and business performance
• Monitor food preparation processes and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory levels, stock control systems, supplier orders, and supplier relationships to maintain operational efficiency
• Attend to customer needs and resolve customer complaints and enquiries promptly while maintaining high customer service standards
• Recruit, interview, roster, and support team members in accordance with workplace policies and operational requirements
• Maintain accurate operational and financial records including stock usage, wastage control, and daily store reporting
• Coordinate and implement local marketing and promotional activities to support business growth and brand presence
• Work closely with franchise operations to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards

Qualification & experience

• Previous experience in a fast-food or hospitality environment is preferred
• Minimum 1-2 year of experience leading store operations
• Relevant qualification in business, leadership, hospitality, or management is highly desirable
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Sales-driven mindset with strong business acumen
• Sound knowledge of WHS, food safety, and customer service standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
