Retail Manager

We’re seeking a Retail Manager to oversee store operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure excellent customer service.

Task & responsibilities

• Manage product selection, stock levels, and customer service standards to ensure efficient store operations.
• Develop and implement purchasing and marketing strategies, including pricing decisions.
• Promote and advertise the store’s products and services to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Assist customers with product selection, provide advice on product use, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and manage store budgets and monitor expenses.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and support store staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and store policies.

Qualification & experience

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or related field
• Minimum of 12 months of retail or management experience
• Eligibility to work in Australia
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven team leadership and staff management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
