Task & responsibilities
- Plan and manage product assortment, inventory levels, and service standards to optimize store performance
- Develop and execute purchasing and marketing strategies, including pricing decisions
- Drive sales through effective promotion and advertising of products and services
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, recommend products, and support informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and financial transactions
- Prepare and manage budgets to ensure cost control and profitability
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff to build a high-performing team
- Ensure full compliance with occupational health, safety, and company policies
Qualification & experience
- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in related position.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
