Responsibilities. As Retail Salesperson & Administration Coordinator you’ll be one of just two people running our Robinvale store — handling counter and phone sales, preparing quotes, coordinating service work, and keeping the branch’s administration, stock and records running smoothly. As 2IC you’ll deputise for the Branch Supervisor and steadily build the commercial and leadership skills to step into the role yourself.

You bring

•   Retail, trade-counter, agribusiness or irrigation sales experience — or the drive to learn fast.

•   Strong administration, organisation and a keen eye for detail.

•   Confident computer skills (Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM an advantage).

•   A genuine customer-first attitude and a willingness to muck in.

•   Ambition to grow into a branch leadership role over time.
