You’ll ensure every villa is safe, compliant, beautifully presented and ready to deliver an exceptional stay. From coordinating maintenance and housekeeping inspections to managing owner communications and governance requirements, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the quality, standards and reputation of our villas.
Working closely with owners and key stakeholders, our ideal candidate will have previous property management and housekeeping experience along with the willingness to regularly commute to the island (minimum 3 days per week) or work and live at Kingfisher Bay Resort. This is a permanent full-time position of 76 hours a fortnight.
