Based within a landmark Perth CBD commercial tower, this newly created role will see you support an experienced Facilities Management team across a high-profile asset with a strong focus on tenant engagement and operational excellence.

This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to grow their career within facilities management while gaining exposure to a sophisticated commercial property environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting senior Facilities Managers with day-to-day building operations
• Acting as a key point of contact for tenants and delivering exceptional customer service
• Coordinating contractors, work orders and maintenance requests
• Assisting with compliance, reporting and operational administration
• Building strong tenant relationships and contributing to a positive occupier experience

What They’re Looking For

• Previous experience within Facilities Coordination, Facilities Administration, Property Operations or customer-focused environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience within commercial property is advantageous, though not essential
• Candidates from hospitality, hotels, aviation or other service-driven industries are encouraged to apply
