Facilities Administrator

Lineage is the world’s largest temperature‑controlled industrial REIT and logistics solutions provider. We are seeking a highly organised Facilities Administrator to support our national Facilities & Engineering team.

Mon‑Fri, 7am to 3pm. The role is based in the Asia‑Pacific region, supporting operations across Australia, NewZealand, Vietnam, SriLanka and Singapore.

• Raising purchase orders and receipting in a timely manner
• Processing invoices and following up with Finance where required
• Maintaining accurate contractor records (insurances, permits, inductions, compliance docs)
• Supporting Capex tracking and facilities budgets
• Assisting with reporting and administrative support for the Facilities team
• Ensuring all documentation and records are up to date and audit‑ready
• Working closely with operations, maintenance teams and external contractors

• Extensive experience in an administrative role
• Proven experience raising POs and processing invoices (essential)
• Proficient data entry and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Confident communicator with a customer‑focused mindset
• Impressive organisational and time‑management skills
• Experience in facilities, maintenance or logistics environments
• Exposure to contractor management/compliance documentation
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, reporting)
• Experience with systems such as WMS, TMS or finance systems
