Juta Mango Biche AU Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Retail Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of its mobile retail food business operating across multiple markets and events in Brisbane, Queensland.

The Retail Manager is an integral part of our team, contributing to operational efficiency, business growth, customer satisfaction, and daily retail operations. This position requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in retail operations, staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service management within the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Retail Manager include but are not limited to:

• Managing the daily operations of the business across multiple market locations and events to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Supervising, training, and coordinating staff members to maintain high standards of customer service, productivity, and workplace performance.

• Oversee inventory, order stock, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain consistent product quality and availability.

• Implementing sales, marketing, and promotional strategies to increase revenue, customer engagement, and brand awareness.

• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, workplace health and safety policies, and company operational procedures.

• Managing financial transactions, preparing sales reports, monitoring budgets, and controlling operational expenses.

• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Coordinating staff rosters, workflow organization, and operational planning to support business growth and daily business requirements.

• Monitoring product presentation, cleanliness, and overall service standards across all operating locations.

• Assisting in the development of new products, business initiatives, and operational improvements aligned with company growth objectives.

• Maintaining accurate business records, stock documentation, and operational reporting in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

• Supporting the company’s long-term retail and hospitality growth through effective leadership, operational management, and strategic planning.

• Salary: AUD $74,OOO – $80,000 per year plus superannuation
