The Person

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
• Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and strong computer skills
• Current NSW driver's licence and reliable vehicle required

The Role

• Conduct open homes and private inspections
• Manage tenant applications and leasing enquiries
• Support Property Managers with entry reports
• Assist with tenant communication and relationship management
• Prepare and organise tenant packs, keys, and maintenance reports
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both tenants and property owners
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of a busy property management department
