Your Role

You'll take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio while focusing on what you do best, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a residential property portfolio

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Coordinating repairs and maintenance requests

• Managing rental arrears and lease renewals

• Conducting rent reviews and ensuring legislative compliance

• Tribunal preparation and attendance where required

• Delivering exceptional customer service across all touchpoints

• No ingoings or outgoings

• No routine inspections

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in Property Management

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities

• Current Real Estate Registration or Licence

• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach

• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment
