National Commercial Sales Representative

Key Duties

• Develop and manage commercial sales opportunities across Australia

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong customer and industry relationships

• Prepare and present tailored solar and energy solutions

• Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM reporting

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

• Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities

About You

• Minimum 3 years' experience in; Commercial solar EPC sales or Energy retail/energy solutions sales

• Strong understanding of the Australian commercial solar market

• Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach

• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Experience using CRM systems and sales forecasting tools

Essential Requirements

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel as required
