The Opportunity
We are seeking multiple Commercial Drivers to join our Brookvale depot on a full‑time basis. In this role, you will play a key part in the collection of waste and recycling materials across our commercial contracts.
You will operate top‑of‑the‑range, cutting‑edge collection vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe waste collection services for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate commercial collection vehicles, including rear loaders, side loaders, and front‑end loaders
Perform safe loading and unloading of bins into collection vehicles
Complete daily pre‑start and post‑trip inspections, including vehicle checks
Use onboard systems, including Waste Edge software (preferred but not essential)
Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer service
About You:
You will thrive in this role if you have:
A valid HR licence
Experience in truck driving (waste industry experience highly regarded)
Experience operating rear‑lift vehicles (desired)
Strong focus on safety and compliance
Reliability and punctuality, especially with early start roles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills with customers and colleagues
Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role
