Working alongside the management team, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards across the store and supporting a friendly, motivated team. We are seeking someone who leads by example, enjoys coaching others, and thrives on creating outstanding experiences for our customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your management skills and take the next step in your career in fashion. This full-time opportunity (38 hours per week) provides a genuine pathway into management and a rewarding career within the industry.

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Styling customers
• Supervising the store and driving KPI’s
• Visual merchandising
• Supporting management in store operations
• Loss prevention
