Financial Controller - Property Development

Growth-orientated property development business, well renowned for delivering high-impact urban development. This will be a high impact role to lead the finance team whilst supporting the CFO on business strategy, as they look to continue expansion
  
As 2IC to the CFO, you will lead finance across the group and be accountable for leading an accounting team of 6 including;

• Statutory reporting, tax and treasury
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations
• Strategic projects such as process improvements, cost initiatives and business casing
• Ownership of month-end processes and reporting
• Preparation and management of cash-flow and business planning
• Plan & coordinate audits
• Ongoing process improvement

  
We're looking for experienced finance professionals (FC/Head of Finance/experienced Finance Managers) out of property development or construction
  
You will have proven leadership skills and the ability to manage through change. My client has seen strong growth in recent years and are looking to consolidate their processes and systems as they look to build upon this, requiring resilience
