The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to join a highly regarded and growing practice.
  
Working closely with senior practitioners, you will advise a diverse client base across industries including healthcare, retail, food and beverage, franchising, manufacturing, transport, logistics and professional services.
  
This role offers broad exposure across corporate and commercial matters, providing the opportunity to work on complex transactions, commercial advisory matters and strategic business initiatives while continuing to develop your technical expertise and client management skills.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements
• Advising clients on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters
• Providing guidance on ACCC compliance, PPSA, privacy legislation and Corporations Act obligations
• Advising on franchising matters and franchise agreements
• Assisting clients with intellectual property and trade mark matters
• Acting on business sales and acquisitions, share transactions and corporate restructures
• Advising on shareholder agreements, commercial arrangements and strategic transactions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice

  
About You

• Admitted as a Solicitor in New South Wales
• Minimum 3 years' post-admission experience in Corporate & Commercial Law
• Strong experience in commercial contracting, corporate transactions and advisory work
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Commercially minded with a practical approach to client service
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters
• Motivated to grow your career within a collaborative and high-performing team
