We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team. You will be responsible for a wide range of carpentry works across the company’s managed properties. You will take part in routine upkeep, repairs and proactive solutions to prevent costly issues as well as End-of-Lease services like de-fits, fit-outs, and tenant-ready modifications. You will provide excellent workmanship and ensure that all woodworks are completed to a high standard of functionality and safety. This role is a crucial part of our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing essential building elements such as doors, frames, stairs, walls, floors, and ceilings for both residential and commercial properties. From small repairs to emergency fixes, you will expected to respond to a variety of issues reported by clients. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service by creating a positive, professional experience that goes beyond quality workmanship.

Skills and Experience

Relevant Certificate III qualifications;
Three year or more experience as a carpenter may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications;
Quality worksmanship;
Attention to detail
Understanding of building maintenance
Excellent customer service skills
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Time management skills
Self-motivated and ability to work independently without supervision
