Adbri Concrete is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead our Katherine operation, overseeing both our concrete plant and quarry sites. Based just a few hours south of Darwin, this is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to step into a diverse operational leadership role while enjoying the lifestyle and career benefits of regional Northern Territory living.

You'll gain exposure to both concrete manufacturing and quarry operations, developing valuable skills across two key sectors of the construction materials industry. Whether you're already working within the construction materials industry or bringing transferable leadership experience from another sector, you'll be supported to succeed and grow.
Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate, and full training will be provided.
