Operations Assistant

Bonnell is seeking a proactive and versatile Operations Assistant to work directly with the CEO, Operations Manager, Engineering Manager and Australian Sales Manager.

This hybrid role is designed for someone who thrives in a busy environment — supporting leadership in global operations and sales while contributing directly to the growth of our international business. This is not just an admin role; it’s a hands-on position helping drive real business results.

About the Role

You’ll assist the Management with a variety of tasks across operations, engineering and sales. From assisting in coordinating dealer activity in Australia, sales administration, supporting operations, finance data entry, document management and supporting the engineering team with administration, you’ll play a pivotal role in efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administration/executive assistance to the CEO and Operations Manager.

Support the Australian BDM with dealer sales in Australia.

Coordinate documentation, schedule meetings, and provide general administration assistance to the Perth based engineering team.

Skills & Experience

Experience in sales support, executive assistance, or business operations, ideally in a technical or fast-moving industry.

Excellent organisation, communication, and multitasking skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools (Odoo experience not essential but beneficial)

Comfortable working with technical product information and liaising with multiple staff over multi country offices.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
