We are looking for an energetic, highly organized Operations Executive to join our growing food import and distribution team. In this pivotal role, you will handle the vital day-to-day coordination that keeps our supply chain moving—from processing import documents and forecasting stock to planning delivery routes and coordinating with the warehouse.

If you love multitasking, have a keen eye for detail, and are highly confident using logistics/ERP software and AI to track inventory and workflows, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Import & Procurement Support

  • Coordinate international and domestic procurement workflows, including preparing and checking import documentation and customs paperwork.
  • Assist with inventory forecasting by tracking stock levels, sales trends, and generating replenishment orders.
  • Maintain regular communication with freight forwarders and suppliers to track inbound shipments.

2. Delivery Planning & Dispatch

  • Own the day-to-day delivery planning, ensuring customer orders are scheduled and dispatched accurately.
  • Build and optimize daily delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency for our fleet.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our drivers, troubleshooting route issues and tracking delivery statuses in real-time.

3. Warehouse & Order Coordination

  • Liaise daily with the warehouse team to ensure incoming stock has allocated space.
  • Seamlessly pass customer orders to the warehouse pick-and-pack team, ensuring tight turnaround times.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records by updating our central operations software.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with using and learning new technology.
  • Detail-Oriented: A track record of handling documentation (like bills of lading, commercial invoices, or customs forms) with zero errors.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate smoothly between warehouse staff, drivers, and the broader office team.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet when a delivery route goes off schedule or a shipment is delayed.
  • Experience in logistics is a bonus

What you'll need:

  • Full working rights in Australia and based in Sydney
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written & verbal)
  • A current Australian driver's license

Why you’ll love it here:

  • Real career growth — clear pathways and recognition when you deliver results
  • Long-term security — join a stable, growing business
  • A supportive, collaborative team — we value initiative, teamwork and we have each other's backs
  • A portfolio worth representing — work with brands and products that stand for quality, legacy and trust
  • Exposure across the industry — gain a 360-degree view of FMCG, from supplier to shelf

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
