Operations Support Clerk – Hope Valley Depot

Booth Transport is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Support Clerk to join our team at the Hope Valley Depot. Reporting directly to the Depot Manager, this position is well suited to an individual who demonstrates a high standard of accuracy, attention to detail, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely data entry

  • Effective liaison with internal stakeholders, including drivers and operations personnel

  • Delivery of professional customer service across all interactions

  • Supporting team members and cross-functional departments as required

Skills & Experience Required

  • Demonstrated excellence in telephone manner and customer service

  • Strong administrative and organisational capabilities

  • Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and manage competing tasks

  • Sound time management skills with a reliable and flexible approach

  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Experience within the transport or logistics industry will be highly regarded.
