About the Role
We now have a fantastic opportunity for experienced and motivated Operations Supervisors to join the team at Cockburn ARC on a casual basis. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day aquatic operations of the facility, ensuring a safe, efficient and customer-focused environment for the community.
Reporting to the Senior Aquatic & Technical Operations Team Leader, you will lead and support lifeguard and operations staff, maintain water quality and technical systems, coordinate rosters and training, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and patron experience.
About you
We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused leaders with experience in aquatic operations and team supervision. You will have strong communication and organisational skills, sound technical knowledge of pool operations and water quality systems, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy mentoring and developing staff, and be passionate about delivering high-quality community recreation services.

Salary and Benefits: Salary range from Level 4 Step 1 – Step 4 ($53.98 to $57.57 per hour inclusive of 25% casual loading) of the City of Cockburn Industrial Agreement 2025, based on qualifications and experience.
