To provide support to the Capital Markets – Private Wealth team and ensure business activities are managed in the most effective and efficient manner.  

About the role

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of a weekly auction program, including vendor setup, marketing campaigns, contract management, and auction execution 
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, including quotes, vendor liaison, listings, photography, and collateral preparation 
  • Support business development by preparing submissions, presentations, and pitch materials 
  • Draft and manage correspondence, reports, mailouts, and SMS campaigns in line with privacy requirements 
  • Foster collaboration across internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders 
  • Maintain accurate data in CBRE systems (e.g. Propertybase) and support data strategy and pursuit tracking 
  • Ensure compliance with documentation, regulatory requirements, and internal processes, including training and deal file management 
  • Coordinate team operations such as meetings, agendas, travel, diaries, and follow-up actions 
  • Support financial processes including forecasting, invoicing, debtor management, expenses, and budget tracking while embedding risk management practices 
  • Drive adoption and optimisation of CBRE’s Core Enablement Platform, identifying workflow improvements and supporting system enhancements

About you:

  • Prior experience working within a related role, commercial real estate industry advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative capabilities
  • Excellent written, verbal and face to face presentation skills.
  • Analytical ability and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
  • Career minded, client focused and rapport building mindset
