The Role
The Operations Administrator role is responsible for the provision of maintenance planning administration and control services for the engine and engine components workshops.
The role also ensures compliance with all business and industry specific regulatory requirements and maintaining engine and engine components workshop records, manuals and the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
You will also assist the Operations Manager to monitor the technical administration aspects of all work performed ensuring compliance with all relevant Aviation Regulations and Company requirements.
Your Day / Your Week
About You
You have prior experience in a commercial or production administration role. You will have highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will be high proficient in the use of Excel and other ICT.
Demonstrated attention to detail with proven ability to use initiative and a results driven approach to deliver the outcomes of the Components department.
