About the role

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Operations Support/ Administrative Assistant to support the efficient day-to-day operations of our Administration Department.

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders while ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative and freight office duties
  • Process and maintain accurate documentation and reports
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with payment processing and reconciliation
  • Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements
  • Carry out reception and general office support duties as required
  • Communicate business updates and information to team members
  • Contribute to team activities, training, and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

  • Strong administration skills in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines and follow processes
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Logistics or freight experience (desirable)
