About The Opportunity
We are seeking an Operations Manager to deliver safe, stable, compliant and efficient manufacturing operations at our Stapylton site. Reporting to the National Manufacturing Manager, you will ensure operational plans are consistently executed to deliver agreed outcomes across safety, quality, delivery (DIFOT), coat and people. You will embed Ventora Glass operating standards, sustain a strong Daily Management System and develop capable production leadership to enable predictable performance and continuous improvement.
