SENIOR PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Main Tasks

• Provide resource planning, reporting and support as required on the project
• Provide financial planning and reporting against budgets on the project
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures on the project
• Review monthly quantity tracking report for impacts to package forecasts on the project
• Analyse all information prepared by team members, consultants and contractors, highlight any problem areas to the management and stakeholders
• Compile the project monthly reports
• Ensure the Change Management Procedure is adhered to at all times
• Develop, price and actions all deviations to project procedure
• Conduct the monthly package forecasting meeting on the project
• Provide budgets on contract packages / contracting plans
• Provide cost coding / budgets on tender packages
• Review received tenders against budget / forecast on the project
• Report on monthly reconciliations of commitments to accounting systems
• Provide monthly input into commitment and expenditure cash flows
• Review and report on all programmes and schedules on the project
