Task & responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's services and brand.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and campaign performance to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Plan and coordinate advertising, promotional, and branding activities across multiple channels.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, website content, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Collaborate with management to establish marketing objectives, budgets, and performance indicators.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, promotional content, and customer engagement programs.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign outcomes and return on investment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external marketing agencies, suppliers, and media partners.
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer retention, brand awareness, and business growth.
  • Ensure marketing activities align with company goals, branding guidelines, and industry standards.

Qualification & experience

  • Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of full-time relevant experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing.
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
