The roleThe Marketing and Communications Specialist – Leisure & Aquatics is accountable for driving the strategic marketing direction and enhancing the visibility of Canterbury-Bankstown Leisure & Aquatic Services. This role develops and delivers marketing strategies that engage and retain current members, attract prospective customers and elevate the brand across digital platforms, including web and social media. Working closely with the Coordinator Customer Experience, Coordinator Leisure & Wellness Programs and the broader Leadership Team, you will help ensure the community is informed about the services offered at Birrong, Canterbury, Max Parker and Roselands Leisure & Aquatic Centres, as well as Greenacre Splash Park and Sefton Golf Course.
Duties will include but not be limited to:The salary range for this opportunity starts at $104,465 per annum (Grade H, Step 1) + 12% super. Salary may be negotiable dependent on skills and experience.
