At Frostbland, we're growing fast and expanding our marketing team. We own and distribute some of Australia's most exciting beauty, wellness and fragrance brands, including Ardell, Alya Skin, skelp!, Sebamed and many more. We're looking for a commercially minded Brand Manager who combines strong brand management fundamentals with a digital-first mindset.
This is a true end-to-end Brand Manager role. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of brands across both retail and D2C channels, helping shape brand strategy, product innovation, campaigns and commercial performance.
Working closely with our in-house digital team, you'll play a key role in driving growth across eCommerce and digital channels. You'll understand how paid media, CRM, organic channels and eCommerce work together to build brands that deliver commercial outcomes.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Managing a portfolio of brands across retail and D2C channels
Developing and executing annual brand and growth strategies
Leading product innovation, portfolio development and product launches
Developing and delivering integrated brand, campaign and content strategies
Driving eCommerce performance across your brands, identifying opportunities to improve revenue, customer experience and conversion
Working closely with our in-house digital team to drive digital growth and customer engagement
Planning and executing promotional and growth initiatives across your brands
Monitoring brand, customer, sales and market performance to identify opportunities and support decision-making
Managing budgets, forecasting and commercial performance
Developing launch plans and activation strategies that support brand and commercial objectives
Building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, agencies and external partners
Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, digital and leadership teams
About You
You're a commercially minded marketer with strong brand management fundamentals and a digital-first mindset.
You'll likely bring:
Experience in Brand Management or a related marketing role, ideally within consumer brands, beauty, retail, eCommerce or FMCG environments
A digital-first mindset, with an understanding of how eCommerce, paid media, CRM and digital channels contribute to brand growth and commercial performance
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to turn insights into action
Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
Confidence interpreting sales, customer and performance data
Strong project management, organisational and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership
A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across multiple teams
Most importantly, you'll have a genuine passion for consumer brands and a strong interest in the beauty, wellness and lifestyle categories. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, growing business and be someone who contributes positively to the culture and success of the team.
