White Noise Communications is seeking a motivated and adaptable Associate Communications Advisor to join our dynamic team in Perth. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior advisors to support our clients—primarily in the mining and resources sector—through high-impact communication strategies and investor-focused content.
About the RoleAs an Associate Advisor, you’ll help develop and deliver communications strategies that build confidence with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the creation of investor and stakeholder communications
Gathering, analysing, and interpreting market data
Drafting and designing written content
Collaborating with our in-house designers, videographers, digital team, and web developers to produce compelling, investor-facing material
While knowledge of equity capital markets or ASX listing rules is desirable, it is not essential - we’re looking for someone eager to learn, with strong communication basis.

Excellent written communication skills
Strategic thinking
A collaborative, team-oriented attitude with flexibility and a willingness to contribute ideas
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise across multiple projects
A high degree of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
An interest in the listed market space
Background in financial analysis, corporate communications, or marketing
Familiarity with ASX listing requirements and investor relations practices
Experience in or understanding of the resources industry
