We are supporting our client, a global project management firm, in the search for a Marketing & Digital Communications Coordinator to join their growing team. The business delivers complex workplace projects for leading brands worldwide, working across the full project lifecycle from early concept through to delivery.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, digital and business development. The successful
candidate will help strengthen digital presence, create compelling content and support the work that wins new projects.
Working within a global team, this role offers the opportunity to turn complex project
information into clear, engaging content that builds visibility, strengthens relationships and drives real commercial impact.
Roles & Responsibilities
Digital Communications, Content & SEO• Support the development and delivery of marketing content across digital channels,
including LinkedIn, website and campaign materials
• Assist with SEO-focused content creation, optimising case studies, project pages and
blogs to improve search rankings and organic visibility
• Conduct basic keyword research and apply SEO best practice across digital content
• Support the execution of email marketing campaigns through HubSpot, including build,
scheduling and performance tracking
• Assist with website updates via WordPress, using analytics to identify opportunities to
improve user experience, engagement and conversions
• Monitor website and campaign performance (traffic, engagement and conversions) and
contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Bids & Business Development Support
• Assist in the coordination, drafting and formatting of high-quality tender submissions
• Develop capability statements and pitch presentations aligned with client requirements
and market positioning
• Support the creation and optimisation of case studies and credentials for both
submissions and website use
Marketing & Cross-Functional Support
• Ensure all materials align with brand, tone and visual identity guidelines
• Support marketing and communication logistics for events and client engagement
initiatives
• Work closely with internal teams to gather project information and translate it into clear,
structured and engaging content suitable for both digital and bid use
Skills & Experience
• Approximately 3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, content creation or a
similar role
• Exposure to proposals or submissions is beneficial but not essential
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, concise and
structured content
• Working knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword research, content optimisation
and performance tracking
• Experience developing or optimising website content such as case studies, landing pages
or blogs
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (with InDesign essential), along with Canva or similar
tools and Microsoft Word
• Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress and website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
