As the business continues to grow, Roomi requires a dedicated Marketing Specialist to support its strategic marketing objectives, including brand growth, customer acquisition, lead generation, CRM optimisation, digital marketing systems, website strategy, and product positioning. This role is critical to supporting the company’s commercial growth, customer engagement, and long-term market expansion.

We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Specialist Position:

Marketing Strategy and Brand Growth

• Planning, developing, and implementing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen Roomi’s brand presence and market positioning.

• Supporting business growth through the development and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programs aligned with company goals.

• Advising management on marketing opportunities, brand positioning, customer engagement, and promotional strategies to increase business visibility and customer acquisition.

• Assisting in the development of marketing initiatives to promote Roomi’s services and improve brand awareness across digital and traditional channels.

Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition

• Designing and managing lead generation initiatives to attract prospective customers and improve conversion outcomes.

• Monitoring and analysing customer acquisition performance, campaign effectiveness, and return on marketing investment (ROI).

• Identifying and developing market opportunities for new and existing products and services to support business expansion.

Website, CRM and Marketing Systems Strategy

• Managing and improving website content, customer engagement funnels, and digital user journeys to optimise lead conversion.

• Assisting in the implementation and optimisation of CRM systems and marketing automation processes to improve customer communication and retention.

• Coordinating marketing systems and digital tools to support customer lifecycle management and business growth objectives.

Market Research and Consumer Analysis

• Conducting market research and analysing consumer behaviour, customer preferences, competitor activity, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

• Researching potential demand and market characteristics for new services and business offerings.

• Interpreting current and future consumer trends to inform strategic business and marketing decisions.

Digital Marketing and Campaign Coordination

• Coordinating digital marketing campaigns across online platforms including social media, email marketing, search engines, and digital advertising channels.

• Coordinating the production of marketing content, advertising materials, website campaigns, and promotional initiatives within agreed timelines and budgets.

• Monitoring campaign performance metrics and preparing reports to support management decision-making and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Working closely with management and operational teams to ensure marketing activities align with business goals and customer expectations.

• Liaising with external service providers, content creators, designers, and technology partners where required to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements for Candidates:

• Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field;

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand development, customer acquisition, or related marketing functions;

• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand positioning, CRM systems, and lead generation processes;

• Experience in website marketing, digital campaigns, and customer engagement strategies;

• Ability to analyse market trends, customer data, and campaign performance to support business growth;

• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills;

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
