We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the strategic growth of our construction business. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales, marketing, and business development — with a strong focus on promoting our construction services, securing new projects, and building long-term relationships with clients and investors.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the construction industry, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent project management skills to support the successful delivery of high-quality developments.
· Develop, implement and monitor sales and marketing strategies, policies and plans to achieve business growth objectives.
· Lead and manage all sales and marketing activities, including advertising, promotional campaigns, public relations and client acquisition initiatives.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify market opportunities, customer demand and competitive trends for existing and future projects.
· Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, investors and key stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
· Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and marketing materials to clients, investors and business partners.
· Organise and control sales activities, including establishing sales targets, customer service standards and performance measures.
· Develop pricing and sales strategies in consultation with senior management to maximise revenue and market competitiveness.
· Coordinate and oversee external marketing agencies, consultants and service providers to ensure effective delivery of marketing campaigns.
· Monitor and analyse sales performance, marketing effectiveness and market trends, and provide recommendations to senior management.
· Collaborate with the Development and Project teams to ensure products and projects meet market demand and customer expectations.
· Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets and ensure activities are delivered within approved expenditure limits.
· Represent the company at industry events, networking functions and business development meetings to promote the company's services and projects.
