Marketing Specialist

AABT – Australian Academy of Business and Technology is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Specialist to develop and implement marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, increase student engagement and support business growth. Task & responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote courses and student services
• Conduct market research and analyse trends relating to student recruitment and education services
• Identify target markets and develop strategies to increase brand awareness and enrolments
• Coordinate digital marketing activities including website content, social media and online advertising
• Assist in the preparation of promotional materials, brochures and marketing publications
• Liaise with education agents, external stakeholders and service providers regarding marketing initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and recommendations
• Support event planning and promotional activities including education expos and student engagement events
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication platforms
• Collaborate with management to develop strategic marketing and business development initiatives

Qualification & experience

• Relevant bachelor qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications or business development
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management preferred
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience within the education or international student sector will be highly regarded
