The Advertising Specialist at Baby Brother Pty Ltd is responsible for the end-to-end management of advertising and marketing activities, including planning, implementing, and optimising campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The role involves conducting market research, analysing target audiences, developing engaging content, and selecting appropriate media platforms to maximise outreach. The position also requires collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent and accurate messaging, while monitoring campaign performance, managing budgets, and refining strategies to achieve optimal return on investment and organisational goals.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, implement, and evaluate advertising and marketing campaigns to promote immigration and visa services in line with organisational objectives.
• Plan and manage media placements, ensuring campaigns effectively target prospective clients seeking migration, visa, and consultancy services.
• Create, edit, and oversee advertising content, including website copy, promotional materials, and scripts highlighting immigration pathways and services.
• Analyse client demographics, migration patterns, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing strategies for immigration services.
• Determine campaign objectives, target audiences (e.g., students, skilled migrants, families), and key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor effectiveness.
• Advise on suitable advertising channels, messaging, and promotional strategies to attract and engage potential immigration clients.
• Manage Baby brother’s digital marketing initiatives, including social media platforms, email campaigns, SEO, and online platforms to increase client enquiries.
• Liaise with migration agents, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of visa services and consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources to maximise return on investment (ROI) for client acquisition.
• Analyse campaign performance data and prepare reports to optimise lead generation and conversion of prospective migration clients.
• Stay updated with immigration trends, policy changes, and regulatory requirements to ensure marketing content remains accurate and compliant.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in advertising, marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven understanding of advertising principles, marketing strategies, and campaign management processes.
• Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends, tools, and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.
• Strong professional work ethic with the capability to manage responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
WORKING HOURS
Full-time position, 38 hours per week.
