Sales and Marketing Manager

Position Details:

• Position: Sales and Marketing Manager 
• Employment Type: Full-time 
• Location: Balcatta, Western Australia 6021
• Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 plus superannuation 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote company services and products 
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships 
• Coordinate advertising, branding and promotional campaigns 
• Manage online and digital marketing activities including website and social media promotions 
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth 
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and marketing budgets 
• Support customer service and business development initiatives 
• Work closely with management to achieve company sales targets and objectives 

Skills and Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business or related field 
• Minimum 1-2 year of relevant work experience preferred 
• Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills 
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment 
• Experience in sales, customer service and digital marketing preferred 
• Knowledge of construction, home improvement or building products industry will be an advantage
