The role involves creating promotional content, managing campaigns, supporting SEO and branding activities, monitoring engagement, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to improve brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Task & responsibilities

• Creating, managing, and publishing marketing content across social media and digital platforms to promote business services and increase audience engagement.
• Developing text, photo, video, and promotional content aligned with branding and marketing strategies.
• Scheduling, monitoring, and updating social media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
• Conducting market research to identify consumer trends, audience behaviour, and digital marketing opportunities.
• Collaborating with designers, developers, and clients to create engaging digital campaigns and online content.
• Monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports on audience growth, engagement, and advertising outcomes.
• Assisting with SEO, digital branding, online advertising, and website content optimisation.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all social media, advertising, and marketing materials.
• Managing customer interactions and online community engagement professionally and effectively.
• Identifying innovative marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and business growth.

Qualification & experience

• Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 months full time or equivalent relevant work experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, branding, SEO, and content creation.
• Experience with graphic design, video editing, and digital marketing tools will be highly regarded.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
• Strong creative thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Understanding of consumer behaviour, digital trends, and online marketing strategies.
