OMDIGI Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist (Marketing Specialist) to support the organisation’s marketing and promotional objectives through the coordination of marketing initiatives, market research and website content improvements. The role contributes to increasing brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth through marketing campaigns, promotional activities and search visibility strategies.

Benefits

The remuneration for this position is AU$80,000 – AU$90,000 per annum plus superannuation.

Task & responsibilities

- Planning, developing and implementing digital marketing and search engine optimisation strategies to increase online visibility, strengthen brand awareness and support sales and business growth objectives

- Researching market trends, competitor activities, consumer behaviour and keyword opportunities to identify effective marketing strategies and opportunities for new and existing services

- Advising management and clients on marketing, advertising and online promotional strategies designed to improve customer engagement and reach target audiences

- Supporting the development and execution of marketing objectives, policies and campaigns across digital channels to promote products and services effectively

- Conducting keyword research and reviewing website content to recommend updates that improve search engine visibility, customer engagement and overall marketing performance

- Coordinating digital marketing campaigns, website updates and promotional activities to ensure alignment with branding, advertising and broader marketing objectives

- Creating, scheduling and publishing marketing and promotional content across websites, blogs, social media platforms and other digital channels

- Monitoring and analysing the performance of digital marketing campaigns, website traffic and customer engagement metrics, and preparing reports with recommendations for campaign improvement

- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify customer trends, market opportunities and areas for business growth and differentiation

- Collaborating with content creators, designers, web developers and external service providers to support the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives

- Assisting in the preparation and implementation of advertising, branding and promotional materials to support lead generation and customer acquisition activities

- Reviewing digital marketing performance and recommending improvements to online content and website presentation to support search visibility and marketing effectiveness

- Maintaining awareness of emerging marketing trends, digital advertising developments and changes in online platforms to support continuous improvement of marketing strategies

- Preparing regular reports and marketing insights for management and clients regarding campaign effectiveness, audience engagement and promotional outcomes

Qualification & experience

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Innovation, Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline

Experience

- At least one year of experience in a Marketing Specialist, SEO Specialist, Digital Marketing or related role, with experience in online marketing campaigns and website content optimisation preferred

Skills

- Knowledge of marketing principles, advertising strategies and online promotional campaigns

- Ability to conduct market research, analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve customer engagement and brand visibility

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate marketing activities, digital content and promotional initiatives across multiple channels
