Task & responsibilities

• Research market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print channels.
• Create and coordinate promotional materials, website content, and social media strategies.
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing outcomes and return on investment.
• Manage search engine optimisation (SEO), online advertising, and content marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with management, designers, and external suppliers to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Organise community engagement and promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility.
• Recommend marketing strategies to expand service reach and improve client acquisition.

Qualification & experience

• Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Strong digital marketing, SEO, and social media campaign experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in the disability, healthcare, or community services sector is highly regarded.
