Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to:

• Increase brand awareness
• Drive store traffic & takeaway orders 
• Grow social media presence (especially TikTok) 
• Improve sales performance through campaigns

Task & responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content (Primary Focus)
   • Managing the organisation’s social media presence across platforms such as TikTok (priority platform), Facebook and Instagram
   • Create viral content concepts and increasing audience engagement through both organic and paid strategies
   • Monitor trends and quickly adapt (trend hijacking)
2. Content Production
   • Designing and creating compelling marketing materials, including video content, social media graphics, posters, menus, and digital advertisements
   • Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels 
3. Campaign & Promotion
   • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, such as Grand opening / re-launch, Promotional combos, Mini games / lucky wheel / vouchers
   • Propose and implement revenue-boosting initiatives based on seasonal trends and market insights
4. Performance & Analytics
   • Monitoring key marketing performance indicators (KPIs), analysing campaign outcomes, and providing actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies
   • Executing paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), optimising budgets for maximum reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI)
5. KOL / Influencer Collaboration
   • Identify and collaborate with local influencers and event organisers to drive foot traffic, expand market reach, and increase brand awareness
   • Manage influencer bookings within budget
6. In-store Marketing
   • Set up POSM (Point of Sale Materials): Posters, standees, menus 
   • Ensure consistent customer experience between online & offline

Qualification & experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields
• At least 3 years in Marketing / Social Media 
• Experience in F&B or retail is a strong advantage 
• Fast, trend-sensitive, and proactive 
• Creative and willing to experiment 
• Strong focus on results (“marketing that drives sales”)
• Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm & viral content 
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, etc.) 
• Hands-on, performance-driven marketing mindset 
• Ability to analyze data and optimize results
