The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, designing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, and supporting the promotion of the organisation’s healthcare and NDIS services. The position requires a sound understanding of the aged care and disability services environment, including industry regulations and referral pathways.

Task & responsibilities

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and clientdemand within the healthcare and NDIS sectors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement structured marketing plans aligned with organisational objectives and service offerings.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channels to increase brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Evaluate pricing strategies, service positioning, and promotional approaches to enhance market competitiveness.
  • Build and maintain professional networks with NDIS providers, support coordinators, healthcare practitioners, and community stakeholders.
  • Prepare marketing reports, performance analyses, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
  • Oversee website content, onlineplatforms, and communication materials to ensure consistency with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Monitor campaign outcomes and adjust strategies to improve return on investment and service uptake.

Qualification & experience

  • Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Law or a related discipline.
  • Minimum three years of full-time work experience or equivalent within the healthcare or NDIS sector.
  • Management experience will be highly regarded, particularly with specialised knowledge in healthcare industry marketing, strategic planning, and brand development.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing marketing and business development campaigns.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret market data and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
