We are looking for highly organised and driven Logistics Coordinators to join our growing operations team at our Brisbane Terminal in Lytton, QLD. These roles are hands-on and at the heart of our business, responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of freight movements, maximising efficiency, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Flexibility is key as our business operates on a 24/7 basis inclusive of public holidays. 

We have two roles available with rostering being:

• Tuesday to Saturday working between the hours of 9/10am start to 6/7pm finish;
• Sunday to Thursday working between the hours of 430am to approx. 230pm

This role will have the following tasks:

• Data entry into our TruckMate system
• Ensure drivers and subcontractors are scheduled to loads on a timely basis and within the guidelines of the Wickham Freight Lines Fatigue Management System
• Ensure drivers receive accurate information and paperwork related to loads/pickups
• Liaise with the Terminal manager and other staff to ensure all freight requirements of customers are met
• Liaise with the Head Office team based in Warwick QLD
• Knowledge of Brisbane, surrounding suburbs and truck routes

Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate will possess strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Additionally, proficiency or ability to adapt quickly to software, TruckMate for tracking and managing logistical data will be advantageous.

Additional Requirements:
Tuesday to Saturday shift: Forklift licence and HC licence would be advantageous to assist with loading trucks and moving trailers on occasion.
