VAC Truck Drivers

Workfast are proud to partner with a leading specialised service provider in Queensland to recruit experienced and reliable Vac Truck Operators for ongoing work based on a major industrial site.

This is a stable, ongoing opportunity offering hours, Monday to Friday, with the potential for Saturday shifts as required. If you're someone who enjoys hands-on work, isn't afraid to get dirty, and takes pride in working safely, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a physically demanding, site-based position involving the operation of Vacuum Trucks and assisting with industrial cleaning and waste removal activities across the facility.

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operating and driving Vacuum Trucks within site requirements.
• Conducting industrial cleaning and waste removal activities.
• Dragging hoses, manual handling, and assisting with site maintenance tasks.
• Working in wet, muddy, dusty, and physically demanding environments.
• Following site safety procedures and maintaining a strong safety focus at all times.
• Working collaboratively with site personnel to ensure operational requirements are met.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating Vacuum Trucks or working within industrial services environments.
• HR Licence (minimum preferred) with a strong driving history.
• Current White Card.
• Current Working at Heights and Confined Space Entry tickets.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work long shifts in challenging site conditions.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
