We are currently seeking a Head of Manufacturing to oversee the end‑to‑end production of Paspaley’s fine jewellery, upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship and precision. This role leads the Jewellery Workshop Division, uniting heritage techniques with modern manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end production across collections, bespoke work, repairs, and special projects.

• Plan and manage production schedules to ensure on‑time delivery and uncompromising quality.

• Uphold and enhance quality standards across all stages of jewellery manufacture.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled multidisciplinary workshop team.

• Oversee precious metal, pearl, and gemstone inventory with precision and integrity.

• Drive continuous improvement across workflow, systems, and workshop efficiency.

• Ensure a safe, compliant, and professionally run workshop environment.
