Based at our Hope Valley facility in Perth, our largest manufacturing facility within ATCO Australia, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the planning, procurement, inventory and scheduling functions that keep our operation running efficiently.
As the central coordination point between Manufacturing, Finance, Stores, Purchasing and Project teams, you'll play a critical role in ensuring materials are available when needed, production schedules are maintained and manufacturing performance is accurately tracked and reported.

What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same in this role. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, procurement and inventory activities that support manufacturing operations across multiple business units.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing manufacturing schedules, including building commencement and completion dates
Full accountability and ownership over Procurement function
Leading supplier engagement and maintaining strong supplier relationships
Overseeing inventory management, stock accuracy and stocktake activities
Monitoring project consumption, purchasing commitments and inventory performance
Supporting forecasting, WIP reporting and manufacturing month-end processes
Reviewing supply pricing and maintaining accurate cost data
Monitoring bid versus actual costs and supporting commercial reporting
Managing and continuously improving Oracle procurement and inventory processes
Supporting Stores operations and inventory control systems
Working closely with Finance, Manufacturing and Operations teams to ensure alignment across the business
Identifying risks, resolving supply chain issues and ensuring production requirements are met
What You'll Bring
Experience in procurement, supply chain, planning, inventory management or manufacturing operations
Strong understanding of manufacturing environments and operational workflows
Advanced planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business
Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability
Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to make informed decisions and work autonomously
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience using ERP systems, with Oracle experience highly regarded
Highly Regarded
Previous experience within modular construction, manufacturing or building products industries
Experience supporting month-end reporting and financial processes
Exposure to inventory forecasting and production planning
Experience leading or coordinating small teams
Experience working within recently implemented ERP environments
