Truck Driver

The NGO Transport Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and dependable Truck Driver to join its operations based in Hazelmere, Western Australia. This role involves transporting goods safely and efficiently across Perth and surrounding regions while ensuring compliance with all relevant road and safety regulations. Task & responsibilities

• Operating heavy vehicles to transport goods across designated routes
• Loading and unloading cargo using appropriate equipment and safe handling practices
• Securing loads to ensure safe transportation and compliance with regulations
• Performing daily vehicle inspections and reporting mechanical issues or faults
• Maintaining accurate logbooks, delivery records, and documentation
• Planning routes and ensuring timely delivery of goods
• Complying with fatigue management, mass limits, and road safety laws
• Carrying out minor vehicle maintenance and cleanliness checks
• Communicating effectively with dispatch teams, clients, and management

Qualification & experience

• Valid Heavy Vehicle Driver’s Licence (HR/HC/MC preferred)
• At least 1–3 years of relevant truck driving experience
• Good understanding of Australian road safety and transport regulations
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet delivery deadlines
• Clean driving record
• Good communication and teamwork skills
